Contact - dhenderson@dwaynel28.sg-host.com

Damon E. Henderson, LLC, hails from the vibrant city of Pasadena, CA, where he was brought up in a community steeped in values of civic participation and service. He owes this ethos to his parents who were both deeply involved in the local community – his father serving as the President of West Altadena Little League and coaching Damon’s Little League team, while his mother taught in the Pasadena Unified School District for over three decades.

Damon graduated from DeVry University and embarked on a 35-year-long career in Engineering within the Information Technology industry. He began his professional journey at Jet Propulsion Laboratory (NASA) in Pasadena, CA as a System Engineer for the Spacecraft Cassini. Damon has always felt a deep passion for sports and started coaching Flag Football at Villa Parke. He then moved on to coaching Pasadena High School football, followed by refereeing Flag Football for the past 10 years.

In 2020, Damon relocated to Atlanta, GA to be closer to his two children just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Damon continued his passion for sports and began refereeing for I9 Sports. Alongside his work as a referee, he also mentors other officials and middle school children in the Greater Atlanta area.

When he is not working or mentoring, Damon loves to spend his free time indulging in a variety of outdoor activities such as visiting beaches, parks, mountain biking, and hiking
